CUSTOM MADE PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES All custom-made window treatments are custom-cut to fit your windows only, they are not returnable for any reason except warranty repair. Because of the speed in which your order is processed and products are manufactured, there are no cancellations beyond 12 hours from the time the order is placed. Returns on custom made products for any reason other than a proven/inspected fault in product are NOT accepted. Window ReCo and our Manufacturers are always given the opportunity to remake or repair a product rather than accept a return. Customer shall accept delivery of product. In the event final payment is not made, a service charge of eighteen percent (18%) per annum will be applied to unpaid balances after delivery. Customer agrees to pay cost of collection and legal costs including reasonable attorneys fees incurred. All products sold by Window ReCo are covered by manufacturers’ warranties. Warranty information for all products is included packaged in all shipments. READY MADE PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Ready Made Blinds, Shades or off the shelf products returns will be Subject to a 25% manufact- urers restocking fee. All Ready Made products must be returned in original manufacturer’s box and the box must be intact and unopened. Opened tems will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit for any reason, unless products are defective. The item must be returned in “Sell-able Condition”, in original packaging and unopened. No Credit, Refund or Exchange is made without a prior RA# issued by Window ReCo. Please make sure you have purchased the correct product before opening it. Any products returned without prior Authorization and an issued RA# will not be processed, and returned to the customer, at the customer’s expense. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations can only be made for a period of 12 hours after your on line order is finalized. All Ready Made Blinds, Shades or off the shelf product cancellations or returns will be subject to a 25% manufacturers restocking fee. Window ReCo will refund your money minus the restocking fee. Window ReCo will not issue any refunds or issue any credits on custom made products if the cancellation or change occurs at any time beyond 12 hours from when the order was placed. TIME LINES The Production, Shipping and Receiving dates are only an estimate. There are no guarantees on any time lines you are given. There are many factors that could cause your order to be delayed and not be available on the dates you were given. No credits or refunds will be given on orders that are delayed. COLOR DISCLAIMER Computer screens do not portray colors and/or material texture accurately and the color you see on your monitor may not match the actual material. Please order free samples if an close match is necessary. Products can not be returned due to dissatisfaction with the color. PRODUCT QUALITY All products on our website are made and shipped direct from the brand manufacturing plants. All products are warrantied under manufacturer warranty only. If you would like any specific product warranties, please ask prior to ordering. All quality standards are reflective of the brand of product. SHIPPING POLICIES Window ReCo’s offers free ground shipping on all blinds and shades. Unfortunately, over sized blinds with packages that do not fall within UPS or FedEx shipping guidelines require additional crating and shipping methods. A $40-$70 over sized freight surcharge will apply for over sized blinds ordered depending on the product. SHIPPING CARRIERS Window ReCo’s products are shipped UPS or FedEx ground in most instances. Larger blind sizes, typically over 72 inches in width, must be shipped common carrier in most cases. Common carrier shipments typically require 7-14 days for delivery. Shipping Rates to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada: For shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii & Canada please call for availability and rates. Manufacturing time averages between 7-10 business days for most manufacturers but may vary significantly between products. Estimated shipment date is available through our customer service department. Please allow 5-7 days for ground shipping. Please note, products are made at a variety of manufacturing facilities. For this reason, each product type is shipped separately and may arrive at different times. PRIVACY STATEMENT Window ReCo does not share you information with anyone! You customer information is stored in our data banks for service requirements only. Our secure server encrypts your credit card information immediately after the order has been placed.
